IT SALES/ RECRUITMENTS• Responsible for contract of IT Professionals for clients across the USA. • Introduced the Company and its services through cold calling and networking Managing End to end IT Placement process with Clients/Vendors • Develop customer relationships to effectively target Recruitment efforts in a cost-effective manner. • Uploading of Resumes on various job sites and handling of inquires generated out of those. • Increasing the client base of the organization • Negotiated contracts and direct labor rates with an emphasis on company’s profit margin. • Built and managed relationships with direct clients. • Technical screening of candidates, format resumes, coordinate interviews with Account Managers, negotiate rates & terms of contract.• Schedule & coordinating Interviews for the Candidates short listed by the clients.• Develop vendor relationships to get candidates for active requirements• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle; including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting personal interviews, coordinating technical/managerial interviews, checking references, negotiating pay, and getting paperwork details• Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, cold calls, and direct mailing & resume databases.
