I was a CSM/Trainer for the renewals, retention and customer care division of ConstructConnect. My goal was to assist customers on a one-and-one basis, ensure they are utilizing our services effectively, and provide the training and support necessary to fulfill their goals. I also spent 3 years as a partner consultant for members of the ICBA who were also using our products. Our services provide construction-specific leads for our customers to track and bid on.
