In this way, I keep my self informed about the latest developments and innovations in various industries such as fashion, interior, industrial design, food, beauty & cosmetics, advertising, communication and the graphics industry. Several times a year Appletizer organizes trend events with trend forecasters Lidewij Edelkoort, Christine Boland, David Shah, Els van Niekerk, Tony Bannister & Christine Foden.

Graduation in trend research and concept development.• A feeling of home outside your home •During my thesis I did research on urban challenges and movements which are shaping the future of our living environments and cities. I developed an innovative lifestyle-concept for the mentality group single residents in Bos en Lommer (Amsterdam), based on trends, market-developments and consumer-insights. BUURT-NEST -a design for public space- explores the opportunities of urban gardening and offers the mentality-group a pleasant place to retreat and pause, but also seduces residents to meet and connect with their community.My thesis was a collaboration with Thuismakers Collectief and Wachterliedpaviljoen: both dedicated to creating a sense of home in the neighborhood.
