Social Media Manager
CurrentIn my role, I am currently responsible for:- Overseeing creative direction and the social media content strategy for Toyota USA social accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.- Manage content productions with photographers and directors, including pre-production, traveling to act as product expert, on-set logistics, and post-production direction and client communication.- Leading in-house creative and editing, including photography, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator and CapCut mobile editing.- Helping oversee long-term social media strategy and objectives for Toyota USA organic social media and aligned tactics to achieve those goals and KPIs.- Acting as ambassador for my team to the broader agency and streamlining new ways of working to better position Toyota across social platforms during key enterprise moments such as vehicle reveals, campaign launches, and more. This has helped reshape how content production is done in the social landscape.- Working with the broader team to build the social media editorial calendar on a quarterly basis, copywriting across platforms, and monthly analytics.- Serving as a manager and mentor.
