I am currently a Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate at Cement Australia in Brisbane. I completed my studies at the University of Canterbury, where I spent four years diversifying my skills and achieving my Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Operations and Supply Chain Management.At Cement Australia, I have enhanced my technical skills by learning to use the SAP system, which has significantly increased my proficiency in purchasing and inventory management. This role has also strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with sites, plants, and vendors, ensuring smooth delivery of products.My past experience includes employment at Linfox Logistics as a Devanner and Pick Packer, and at Bay Trade Supplies where I worked as a Storeman and Delivery Driver. In both roles, I learned how to handle dangerous goods, operate forklifts, and acquired my Accredited Person certificate. Additionally, I developed soft skills such as effective communication by engaging with co-workers, store owners, and delivery drivers. My teamwork and work ethic grew as I grasped the dynamics of working in a logistical environment. These roles helped me gain valuable experience in warehousing and storage, furthering my knowledge and aligning with my degree.My achievements include my years of tertiary study, which I have completed. I am seeking a job that values growth and will help me develop as a leader within the workspace. I desire a work environment that is hardworking and dedicated to bettering their employees through social interaction.
