• Lead the design and implementation of engagement products and opportunities that support fundraising initiatives considering appropriate delivery to mass audiences as well as strategic relationships including Organizations, Team Captains, Mo Community and Donors • Design and manage Movember Health Talks program that encompasses mass digital to in person presentations so that audiences learn about and engage with the cause• Develop efficient and effective program logistics to enable delivery of engagement products including registration, confirmations, pre and post communications and feedback• Develop and deliver training and communication to enable fundraisers to leverage Movember engagement programs and products with their audience segments• Oversee the cultivation, training, management and stewardship of Movember’s volunteer Spokes Mo Committee to effectively represent Movember in a range of speaking opportunities such as workplace presentations or media interviews• Provide ongoing support, advice and up-to-date information to Spokes Mos so they are aligned with mission and brand• Manage annual calendar of public awareness days/events and work with Marketing and Programs to develop an activation plan for Movember to engage new audiences with relevant dates• Contribute to delivery of fundraising enablement with Development Team in order for them to deliver Movember information to their key audiences• Support the creation of Third Party Event strategy and process• Develop engagement activity tracking procedure and ensure records are maintained in Salesforce by entire team • Create a process for reviewing effectiveness of engagement programs and provide an annual report and recommendations for budget and business planning

Manage high value fundraising relationships in the communities of Elementary/High Schools & Sports across Canada.- Taking the high school fundraising network from 764 members and $98K raised to 2,000+ members and $405k raised per campaign. - 120+ Movember Health Talk Presentations delivered (awareness & program info around Prostate/Testicular Cancer and Mental Health & Suicide Prevention)- Created, designed and starred in virtual health talk videos and creation of curriculum centering around mental health & suicide prevention awareness in response to the COVID-19 lockdown, used by schools across the country.- Created brand new revenue streams in University/College Sports (2020: $204K raised from 140 teams) & General Sports (2020: $208k raised from 170 teams)- Integrating several new groups into annual campaign participation including 140 University/College sports teams, 20+ CHL teams, 40+ CJHL teams, & 200+ general sports teams across the country-Supported all Canadian market teams in the NHL: Hockey Fights Cancer Relationship; liaison between players and organization/fundraising support.- Founded & stewarded important relationships with NHL Coaches Association, Toronto Blue Jays, Canadian Centre for Mental Health & Sport, The Penalty Box: Podcast, Toronto Arrows & Major League Rugby, LUG Hockey, & university/college athletic departments across the country.- Initiated and supported 25+ third party tournaments and games (golf, soccer, volleyball, basketball, rugby, etc.) outside of the month of Movember resulting in an additional $130K raised. -In response to COVID, shifted our Sports focus to eSports - tournaments, live streams and gamers playing in support of Movember. - Creation, event management and partnership of bringing the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni Game to Kitchener in 2019 resulting in $100,000 raised in its first year.- Management of the Ottawa Movember Volunteer Committee. - Creation and implementation of organization's first impact report.
