• I am responsible for the design & implementation of all testing activities related to Secure Trust Banks Consumer Motor Transformation Programme.• As test lead I am responsible for creating and maintaining, a project plan within Microsoft Projects for all testing activities. This plan links testing activities from 9 other project streams via dependencies.• I monitor the plan daily ensuring progress is captured, slippages are recorded and escalated if there is an overall impact on the delivery of milestones.• Attend weekly sessions with PMO reviewing RAID log items and plan management.• I am responsible for a team of six UAT testers, monitoring adherence to the test processes and standards. I providing monthly feedback on performance and on going coaching sessions. • I have created a two week induction process for UAT testers hired internally from the business and have been responsible for ensuring they are trained and ready to commence testing duties.• I have created UAT Test plans and System Integration documents covering all testing scope including over 300 requirements and 48 system integration's.• I have introduced weekly meetings with supplier test managers to ensure a collaborative approach is taken during all test phases.• I am responsible for identifying project level and programme level risks, and issues from a test perspective, ensuring these are reported within the project RAID log. • Taking ownership of testing related risks ensuring mitigation actions is in place and capturing updates on risk progress within weekly reports. • Producing test documentation and daily reporting. • Ongoing maintenance and development of testing plan due to changes in business requirements, including supporting system integration testing. • Coordinate with on-site team and external developers in identification and tracking defects. • Running of daily scrum meeting during large projects where communication is key.
