We are a $10mil+ company in size with over 20 employees.With business development as my primary responsibility, I have drawn on the experience I have had as the only salesperson in the early days. A time when I sold over $2M in sales for three consecutive years. As a result, it has allowed me to develop strategies and processes as the company has grown by nearly 20% per year, each and every year.Some of my functions include the tacking of metrics from all departments along with the key managers, planning and executing marketing buys for all territories, and examining all reporting metrics and forecasts to determine the company’s direction and target acquisition objectives.I am particularly proud of being able to take individuals with no home improvement background and train and motivate them into continuously successful salespeople.
