• Managed budget of £180,000 covering all festival logistics
• Management and liaison with over 100 artists, organising travel, accommodation, per diems, cargo shipments, risk assessments and technical requirements for events. Produced artist packs, festival contracts and invoices
• Organised JAM meetings with key city agencies to produce major outside project including technical, H&S requirements working alongside the Production Manager

• Working alongside Artistic Director and Marketing Officer to ensure optimum marketing, branding and promotion of the festival in various formats including online and print
