My role at Comms365 as a Customer Support Technician is first and second line support. This includes an array of fault finding and provisioning. I configure all Comms365 devices with different types of solutions for our customers. I troubleshoot these same devices if a customer reports a problem, this can range from a simple configuration change to optimization of our award wining product Comms365 Continuum. Not only do I interact with customers over the phone but also face to face. I am entrusted to go to customer sites to install solutions and also for troubleshooting and testing purposes. I have also demonstrated one of our products to a small audience. After recently completing my CCNA Training and Exam, I hope to further my role in Comms365 by progressing through more Cisco Certified Exams starting with CCNA Wireless.

My Role at Selections included operating the till, including cashing up and completing paper work at the start and end of shift. I assisted customers in the selection and purchase of items. I had to complete sales sheets at the start and end of the day.

My role at Foulger and Child Windows included going out on the road and helping fit windows and doors. This included loading and unloading the van, making sure the correct equipment was being loaded for each specific job. I also designed jobs using a program called Microsoft Visio, this included designing drawings of doors and windows with the correct measurements for certain jobs.
