Primarily responsible for managing over $140b in funds under administration across the retail master trust and investment products and over $1b in insurance premiums for over 2 million Australians.My role includes:- Working closely with the broader Distribution Team to achieve the business targets of Insignia Financial, to integrate and consolidate platform products, drive and retain net fund flows and improve member satisfaction and engagement.- Continuing focus on simplifying the product and platform offerings across multiple MySuper, retail superannuation and investment products including MLC, Plum, ANZ Smart Choice, OnePath and IOOF brands.- Overall business management for the superannuation, investments and insurance team which total over 160 staff with 7 direct reports.

Primarily responsible for managing over $50b in funds under administration across the retail MasterKey and Wrap investment platforms for over 300,000 Australians. Working closely with the broader MLC Leadership Team to achieve the business targets of MLC.

The Retail Platforms Team is primarily responsible for the profitable management and customer experience of Australia’s largest retail investment platform, CFS FirstChoice. Managing over $80b in funds under administration, including $10b in deposit products and $7b in geared share funds.The Investments, Product Development and FirstChoice sub-teams have a continuing focus on diversifying our product capability, and championing this across the business unit. The Investment Governance team provides prudential oversight and compliance with all investment governance related activities for the CFS suite of products and services. This includes regular trustee engagement and compliance with all relevant Group and business unit policies. Overseeing the implementation and delivery of the WM Regulatory Reform Program for CFS and Custom Solutions to ensure the business meets its FoFA and Stronger Super compliance objectives. Leading this by driving the design and development of CFS’s innovative platform solutions particularly aimed at creating efficiency for financial advisers' businesses and delivering compelling investment propositions across WM and the CBA Group. Ensuring we continue to operate within our prudential and regulatory requirements while conducting pricing and profitability analysis, creating customer centric design solutions, supporting distribution opportunities via the IFA and bank channel and producing offer documents.

Primarily responsible for managing the accurate and timely completion of all core administration procedures across eleven sub-teams. This includes processing applications, redemptions, switches and transfers for direct, advised and institutional clients. Other responsibilities include managing a dedicated team that services key advisers, ensuring staff are proficiently equipped to handle all transaction types via a dedicated coaching team and ensuring the change impact of incoming projects is appropriately analysed and executed.Overseeing the implementation and delivery of the Wealth Management (WM) Regulatory Reform Program for CFS and Custom Solutions to ensure the business meets its FoFA and Stronger Super compliance objectives. As business lead, responsibilities include facilitating the overall governance of the CFS Program by chairing the Operational Steering Group and representing CFS at the Executive Steering Group, board and risk committees. Leadership of a team of over 150 staff with 4 direct reports.

Responsible for actively managing the strategic direction and profitability of CFS’s superannuation business and insurance offering across various platforms including FirstChoice, CFS Retail Investments and Commonwealth Essential Super. This includes stakeholder engagement across various business units including CommInsure, Custom Solutions, WM Advice, Group Super and Retail Banking Services as well as regulator and board engagement on various prudential matters.Overseeing the implementation and delivery of the WM Regulatory Reform Program for CFS and Custom Solutions to ensure the business meets its FoFA and Stronger Super compliance objectives. Leading this by driving the design and development of CFS’s innovative platform solutions particularly aimed at creating efficiency for financial advisers' businesses and delivering compelling investment propositions across WM and the broader CBA Group. Ensuring the business continues to operate within our prudential and regulatory requirements while conducting pricing and profitability analysis, creating customer-centric design solutions, supporting distribution opportunities via the IFA and bank channel and producing offer documents.
