Estates Operations Manager

Responsible to the Estates Director, for managing the performance of the Hard FM Service Provider, by coordinating and facilitating the smooth transition from construction / commissioning phase into operations, by providing governance and due diligence to ensure the Hard FM Services Provider understands and delivers the contract requirements and meets the client's and SPV Board's expectations. Influencing the operations and management arrangements of the Existing Buildings, identifying areas of risk and bringing these to the attention of the client, In conjunction with the Estates Director, develop, coordinate and implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption, and all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling and environmental health conservation.
