Other responsibilities included:o Creation, deployment, and maintenance of standard and custom Tableau content for all of KORE’s customers across all products. o Data science and modeling engagements.o SQL scripting (SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and MySQL), custom view creation, and stored procedure design to help facilitate more complex analytic and master data management requests.o Product-related duties to facilitate better end-user experiences, customer implementation, and continued customer success of KORE’s Data Warehouse & Analytics (DWA) product.o Multi-node Tableau Server management for all clients.• Lead architect and strategist for KORE’s Aggregated Data Environment (KADE) that facilitated customer benchmarking, segmentation, and modeling. This led to the development of a new line of business within the company.• Successfully served and helped grow revenue as the project reporting and analytics lead for the company’s two largest customers, including the data migration associated with the merger of Learfield and IMG College. • Led internal SQL and ticketing system training courses to ensure the team didn’t need to rely upon software development resources to build and maintain reporting. This helped free up our developers while decreasing our implementation times.• Developed a ticketing system standardization process and supporting database table structure that allowed the Insights team to create standard ticket reporting for its Ticketmaster customers. Previously, reporting was inefficiently customized for each client and implementation of this new process greatly increased efficiencies and proved to be a major competitive advantage.

    • Acted in a hybrid role as both a strategic business analyst and database developer based on the needs of each project.• Designed, implemented, and maintained a financial planning and marketing analytics database solution: a centralized SQL Server relational database which houses information from several data sources such as Archtics™ (Ticketmaster’s ticket sales platform), the general ledger (MS Dynamics Great Plains), and various other internal and external sources.• Directed a strategic effort on variable ticket pricing to create decision tree models to accurately price each section in the stadium. • Created a ticket broker identification and analysis solution that allowed the Club to see which ticket holders were frequently re-selling their seats. Designed a system to programmatically collect and append secondary market information on a recurring basis from multiple third-party sites to our data warehouse. This led to a new strategy surrounding how to better manage ticket brokers in the stadium.• Created financial forecast models, performed geo demo analysis, designed materials in PowerPoint, and presented plans and results to the team’s executives.• Developed a technical solution (SQL Server, VBA, and Access as an interface) to manage all aspects of luxury box sales: multi-year contract management, inventory assignment, invoice production, and financial reporting. The result was a streamlined process that once took several days each month to reconcile figures between sales, marketing, finance, and the box office, to a process capable of providing instant reports.• Replaced the existing expense budgeting process that was being handled in a series of Excel spreadsheets by identifying the best fit in terms of a third-party solution, Adaptive Insights™. Reduced the budget cycle time by over 60% while providing more reporting and visibility for budget managers and leadership.
