Everybody deserves success and the chance to achieve their full potential. My career is defined by striving for this in the teams that I lead and the clients that attend our events at Konnect Learning. I have been creating excellent business events for over 10 years. This involves event management, marketing across varied mediums, sales and curation of the commercially-orientated intellectual property. Over the past nine years I have been leading the teams across these disciplines at Konnect Learning and The Leadership Institute.I'm particularly skilled at office banter - and in fact banter in general. I'm pretty good at marketing, communication, copy writing, editing, event management, sales, commercially-orientated thinking, strategic planning and creating positive office cultures. My leadership journey has been hard-fought. Although I'm not as good a leader as I'd like to be, I'm making progress every day. This is the attitude I instil in everyone around me.
