Highlights included:- Supporting Welsh Water with preparation of their PR24 business plan. I was involved with many areas of the wastewater element of the plan, particularly bioresources planning.- Helping Yorkshire Water prepare their IED permit applications for sewage sludge digestion sites. I had responsibility across multiple areas of this work, with particular focus on the assessment of secondary containment requirements and creation of concept designs for IED compliant bunding.- Management of Aqua's Realtime Telemetry Systems framework with Yorkshire Water, including preparation of tenders for work within the framework.- Working on numerous tender documents for Aqua bids, including project management of their successful bid for an asset planning framework with DCWW (Welsh Water).- Development of anaerobic digestion projects in the commercial sector. This included taking projects through funding discussions, development from concept to detailed design, construction management and the early stages of site operation.- Development of the STAR-AD system for digestion process monitoring, including practical on site troubleshooting and management of software developers creating the monitoring product.- Acting as sludge manager for South West Water, focussed on digestion sites including ensuring a stable digestion process and maximising biogas production and revenue.
