Research & Development- Designed and implemented a tilt angle detection system using MEMS sensors, whichis used in the latest two products to provide body tilting data.- Independently developed an Android API for multiple connection for Bluetooth (LowEnergy) peripherals, which saved various hardware costs, mobile applicationdevelopment time and enabled many additional application scenarios for the currentproducts.- Developed an accelerometer post-calibration algorithm to eliminate offsets on 3-axisaccelerometer data, which bypassed calibration process on hardware and saved extrahardware component costs.- Developed a cloud service for therapy centers and schools on student behavioranalysis in collaborating with designers.Project Management - Introduced version control to source code management to improve efficiency incollaboration between programmers and to provide a robust bug-fixing mechanism.- Led technology and design team in addressing software requirements in thepreparation for Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in 2016.- Led and coordinated with various third parties and made sure on time deliveries inproduct development.

- Independently learnt Freescale development board programming, Android applicationprogramming and RN42 Bluetooth module configuration. Designed a Bluetoothcommunication system using the above three components. The whole process waswithin 3 months’ part time working.- Website design in HTML5 involving Java Script, PHP and MySQL database.- Boosted the Bluetooth connection success rate on Android App from 50% to 90% anddata package sending speed from 4Hz to 20Hz, by carefully design on the threadschedule and state checking.

- Independently contacted for and collected compliance documents from over 1000 suppliers from more than 7 countries. Ensured future purchasing and on-time production.- Team-worked with various departments for shipping arrangements. Achieved 96.5% On-Time Delivery
