Provided strength training service to a client from the University of Toronto. Each session lasted one hour and we worked three days a week. I helped the client build a strength training program and aided with the training process. At the beginning of the program, the client was completely novice to weight lifting; approaching the end of my service, the client was comfortable with going to the weight room alone and was comfortable with manipulating the weights alone. The client has drastically improved weight lifting techniques and enhanced one rep maxes.

Help created a caring, comfortable and respectful environment for the patients while working with a group of clinicians who sought to provide exemplary service.

Provided service to a young client who went to high-school. Developed a strength and conditioning program to help the client gain strength and endurance for sports. Worked with client 1.5 hours each session for 3 sessions a week. Approaching the fall, the client had significant improvements on his 1 rep maxes, and had significantly improved endurance.

Provided service with integrity and transparency to whom had questions about products, required help around the store, and had any concerns.
