Ensuring all work to be completed is planned and undertaken when risk is as low as reasonably possible. Managing maintenance programs and preventative maintenance schedules are followed and completed on time. Also ensuring all equipment failure reports are completed and future preventative controls are put in place. Managing onsite and in country logistical requirements for hele rig operations in a remote third world country. Ensure human resources both expat and citizen crew requirements are met. Manage all inspections and ensure they are completed within operational requirements. Ensuring the drilling program is followed and all equipment required for drilling and completion of the well is available for both contractual requirements and rental equipment made available to ensure the clients requirements are met in an efficient and safe manner.
