My time at Playscheme was very challenging as I had never worked with children with special needs before however, I found it very rewarding. My duties were very simple for example: taking basic care of the children, providing them with things to do, etc. Some of the more able children were able to take part in my sports games that I was allowed to set up like football or badminton. This experience was very good for my adaptability and composure when in pressured situations.

During my time at Melior Community Academy. My duties started off very simple only shadowing sessions and helping set them up. As my experience grew I was allowed to extend my duties. For example: taking sessions myself with the teacher observing, being allowed to plan sessions for the teacher to deliver and helping out in other subjects. My time at Melior Community Academy massively improved my coaching skills and delivery, my communication skills and also gave me vital experience with children
