As the Reward Director at evoke plc, I lead the reward strategy and integration for the newly-formed group, leveraging my expertise in retirement, benefits, wellbeing, and inclusion. I also manage the Remuneration Committee and the reward decisions taken for and by the Executive Team, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and values. In addition, I head the People Analytics function, building capability and insights to inform and support the people agenda.In my previous roles at William Hill, I was responsible for leading the People Proposition team, providing the offering and environment with which the business could answer the question - why should I want to join and stay at William Hill? I developed and delivered the strategy across all aspects of reward, benefits, wellbeing, and inclusion, aligning them with the employer brand and the employee experience. I also led the reward delivery, wellbeing, and inclusion team, overseeing the design, implementation, and communication of reward and recognition programs, wellbeing initiatives, and inclusion and diversity activities.
