I am a recent college graduate with skills in math and calculating, experience and strength in problem solving including with customer dilemmas. Customers often complimented my service to my mangers. I have two years experience in retail where I routinely ran register and stocked coolers. I also gained some experience in food preparation. As a shift lead I learned to and often did check in vendors delivering product. I was a key holder and closed frequently on my own.After a year as a teller, where I learned and adapted to a new environment than I had been used to, I applied and was promoted to a loan operations position. As a teller I handled large amounts of cash and various banking transactions. Organization and procedure following were central parts of the job, along with being accurate and precise, while also working in what could be a fast paced environment some days. Customer service was a priority, and gave me another year of experience working in a customer service role.
