In November, 2023 I was sworn into the Michigan Bar, and in February, 2024 I was sworn into the Colorado Bar. Currently, I am an Associate Attorney at Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, where I practice Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law. I have a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. While at MSUCOL, I was a Managing Editor on Michigan State Law Review, and was the Co-Chair of the Michigan State Law Review Forum. I have been published twice on the Michigan State Law Review Forum and once in the print version of the Michigan State Law Review journal. I was awarded the Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law Seminar and in Sports Law. In my third year if law school, I planned, organized, and hosted an Expungement Fair on MSU's campus.In addition to a JD, I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelors degree in Arabic with a minor in Muslim Studies, and a Master’s degree in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analysis from Michigan State University.During law school, I was a Law Clerk at Robert Igrisan Attorney at Law. Additionally, I have experience as both a Crime Analyst and Legal Intern at Wayne County Prosecutor's Office. I am skilled in legal research using Westlaw and Lexis, Microsoft and Macintosh Operating Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and all major Social Media platforms.
