Leading the Consulting services division and the delivery of the Smarter Working proposition for Capita Travel and Events, combining aggregated data analytics, qualitative research programmes and behavioural psychology to extract valuable and powerful insights, providing customers with a fresh, honest perspective on business travel performance and its impact on employees and helping organisations to transform traditional travel into Smarter Working practices.

Following Capita plc’s acquisition of BSI in 2010, I was appointed Head of Hotel Product for Capita Business Travel and BSI with responsibility for shaping the vision and strategy for online and offline hotel products and services.

As Head of Account Management from 2004, I was responsible for the strategic leadership of the Account Management team with a portfolio of customers trading in excess of £170m spend per annum.Key achievements within this role saw a 70% growth in turnover within a five year period and customer retention at 97% and the new implementation of 25+ major corporate accounts.
