I enjoy being around people, building relationships, and making new friends in any setting I am in. Through communication and social engagement, I have found that sales is a great role for the qualities and personality I have.In my first job as a restaurant host, I thrived while being able to communicate with customers constantly as well as assist my team (servers) with maintaining structure and reducing potential conflict.As I got older I moved into a serving position where I worked in a fast-paced environment working directly with customers. It proved that teamwork with coworkers and cooks makes the workplace function as it should, which gives the customer the best overall experience.I worked in retail sales, where I found a passion for selling to customers and influencing sales with gained knowledge and skills from studying Business Management at Whitworth University. I started as a sales rep proving my ability to sell products effectively, even while being a part-time student. Due to my proven success in sales, I was promoted to Shift Lead, and then again to Inventory Specialist. I learned in this position that when I work hard, my future becomes brighter.I now sell LTC pharmacy services to skilled nursing facilities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. I started this role as a Business Development Associate, setting up new business meetings for the territory Account Executive. Again, after proven success in my role, I was promoted just 3 months into my role as the Associate Account Executive. With this role, I have experience in cold-calling, relationship-building, sales presentations, and more!I am always willing to show those who believe in me to do a job that I am willing to work hard, exceed expectations, and make a difference in the interest of the company.
