1. Build mechanical, environmental, life test, ESD and performance testing labs including outsourced third party testing services for Motorola mobile phone products.2. Responsible for qualification and conformance testing of newly developed mobile phone by specification development, communicate with customers and confirm testing standards and methods. 3. Responsible for investigating and researching the requirements for further improvement of reliability standards and application of client environment, evaluating and developing reliability testing methods to reduce test time and increase test coverage, and planning appropriate validation experiments within the company. 4. Develop reliability plan for mobile phone products throughout product life cycle, plan and evaluate testing equipment and tools for new product verification, and implement as planned. 5. Complete the specific verification items in the reliability test plan on time, make flexible adjustment according to the occurrence of the problems and equipment debugging; lead and promote the DFMEA, equipment debugging, failure analysis and fix the problems found in the testing process. 6. Responsible for producing all kinds of quality and reliability reports during product development and analysis of defective products found in the testing of new products, working with cross functional teams to lead and track the closure of issues. 7. Responsible for the development and review of new product quality planning and quality control plan, quality inspection requirements, reliability test standards and methods (IQC, IPQC, OQC, REL) and follow up implementation. 2. Lead / push R & D project quality process failure analysis and improvement, process optimization; Design quality process participation and control. 3. Lead new parts and key parts suppliers QSA and QPA site audits and supplier reviews; track and follow up on closure of audit issues to push suppliers to continuously improve feed quality and monitor supplier quality performance. 4. Participate in the related work of new product trial production, review the result of trial production, put forward the quality advice to product design, provide the improvement plan, and promote the quality improvement. 5. Responsible for design quality verification, test plan execution, phase design evaluation and recognition, active design quality defect improvement, and work with cross functional teams to handle and close product quality issues. 6. Responsible for compiling, auditing, evaluating, archiving and uploading test reports and quality verification documents according to test records.7. Review and approve all parts of the PPAP, mass production sample approval and acceptance of the sample. 8. To participate in the management review meeting of the initial production of new products and give the conclusion of the review, analyze the unqualified items and urge the responsible departments, put forward the improvement measures and evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the countermeasures. 9.
