I am a finance professional with over 25 years’ experience across chartered accounting, mining services, major events and racing industries, reporting to US and Norwegian parent companies and Member elected Boards. I’m commercially minded, with the ability to engage staff and stakeholders at all levels and to inspire and lead to achieve outcomes within challenging environments and have a history of providing relevant, timely and insightful reporting and analysis to support Board level, CEO and C Suite decision making and drive business outcomes.I have recruited, developed and led teams of up to 40 people, consolidated business acquisitions, implemented finance systems and improved ongoing financial reporting, managed banking relationships, been the finance lead of steering committees that have delivered a multi-million dollar commercial facility and a grandstand on time and on budget.I’m driven by improving business performance to support capital investment and improved shareholder returns and enjoy working in executive teams and for organisations with similar goals.Able to communicate clearly, I’m resilient and determined and still seeking the elusive balance between family and career.
