Lead the strategic transformation change and scaled rollout of our chosen last mile delivery optimiser platform. Responsible for both central operational delivery coordination team of 23, and large scale change and training requirements for decentralised user base of 2000 people across 650 branch locations. Successfully completing rollout with clear business case benefits, and transition rollout and operating structure to our new-normal. Closely aligned Tech stakeholder management internally, and working with our SaaS partner on meaningful development roadmap.

Develop and execute the Logistics Revenue (4PL) Strategy, leveraging the existing logistics network and personal operational and project management expertise, for additional customer’s products. Scope suitable customers, and develop competitive commercial proposals supported by detailed logistics solution design inclusive of systems scoping. Implement solution through engaging varied stakeholders, supported by robust project management. Work with internal teams to ensure through systems development, systems application, process design and engagement the best logistics solution on offer for both internal execution and customer satisfaction, at the prioritization of service and detailed lens on cost versus revenue.

Lead Victorian and Tasmanian Network Route and Transport Team to operationally execute strategy, aligning in prioritization of Safety, People, Quality, Service and Cost. Engage with stakeholders in Safety, TMS, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Warehousing Operations, Planning, External Business and Project Teams to deliver various business outcomes through transport partners involved in the route network. Grow the centralization of route operations, ensuring robust project management principles applied, with a clear lens on cost reduction or mitigation. Lead and implement continuous improvement processes in the end of day scheduling process for route optimisation and customer delivery excellence.

Throughout this two-year period, there were three 8 month rotations in a variety of roles. First rotation was as SRM and Procurement Coordinator; responsible for scoping, implementing and evaluating a CRM/SRM online system, Gatekeeper, for all Suppliers, 4PL and other contract management. Second rotation was as acting as a DC Team Leader / Coordinator in Malanda, Queensland, working through variety of daily routines, safety projects, team leadership and management and KPI visibility. Third rotation was as a scheduling analyst for route transport, optimizing and planning loads daily for 80+ routes, and providing analytical insights to safety, service and cost to NSW and QLD teams, working collaboratively on continuous improvement projects.
