As the Dir. of Domestic Operations I was responsible for roughly half of the product sold by Moondance - our student travel experiences, and in my final summer I was responsible for 100% of the itineraries that we ran. - Designed itineraries for over 70 trips in a typical summer, which expanded to 120 trips in 2021, when we pivoted away from international travel after the onset of the pandemic. - Built and maintained relationships with over 50 outfitters- Orchestrated project timelines for bookings logistical components of each itinerary (from vehicle rentals to campsite bookings and mid-trip flights)- Performed cost analysis on all trip offerings, identifying the most profitable options while mitigating risk and maintaining overall trip quality- Analyzed enrollment metrics to develop marketing strategies targeting specific areas where we wanted to increase student enrollment- Built the 'Incident Database' to track the risk levels of various activities across trip offerings- Continued Gear Project Management duties detailed below.
