As an aerospace engineer, business owner, franchise expert and business consultant, I have over three decades of experience to benefit my clients.I began my career as a Flight Test Conductor for fighter aircraft. My favorite project was the F-14 Tomcat, one of the finest aircraft ever built and the backbone of Naval Aviation for over thirty years.I left that position to join and then run the family business, a textile manufacturing company with customers across the country. After successfully building and then selling the company, I invested my efforts in the restaurant business, buying a McDonald’s franchise. I learned that using a proven business system that delivered a consistent product to the customer was a formula for success.I later found my way to IMSM, a global leader in ISO consulting and certification services with over 12,000 clients worldwide. I found that ISO standards were also a formula for success – using proven procedures to provide consistent quality products and managing a growing business using “best practices” respected worldwide.
