I have recently been training to become a team leader which has given me an opportunity to expand my skills of leading a team and helping me to understand the responsibilities involved with the role.Working on the bar has given me valuable skills in multitasking as well as prioritising workload in an appropriate manner. I have also had the opportunity to work in both a team and individually which i have learned to do both well. I pride myself in going the extra mile to maximise the customer experience. During the last year I was asked because of my expertise, to train new bar staff.Working behind the bar has given me the opportunity to further improve on my communication skills both within a team and to customers.I have also shown my versatility by helping out in the kitchen with such tasks as making desserts for customers as well as helping with washing of plates and cutlery. I have also helped the restaurant with taking food to tables, drinks and taking food and drink orders from tables.

Assisting the head promoter in the office with all aspects of the business such as bookings, online promotions, print distribution, advancing shows, local pr and ticketing. I also assist at Lout gigs with box office management.Assisting the festival co ordinator at The Great Escape with pre production on the festival. This included advancing with the artists and venues such as circulating schedules and general festival information via an online portal as well as using Google Sheets and Docs. Onsite we ran the artist accreditation desk and dealt with any artist related problems at the festival. I also ran one of our venues for an evening which included artist liaison and general event management.

The Azure are a two piece Indie Rock band from Worthing, England. I co manage the band with Elizabeth Goodman.
