Responsible for categories under the MedSurg umbrella including:Surgeons Gowns Disposable Procedure PacksExam and Surgeons GlovesThe above categories were for both private customers and NHS organisations, the latter via both framework and committed GPO awards.

Supply Chain Management – involving sourcing of Suppliers, Production Planning and Oversee all Production and Logistics.Troubleshoot lead time and cost issuesCash flow analysis and revenue forecastingSales Account Management on key accounts, which also involves development of these accounts.Process Improvement – Improving internal systems and procedures, reviewing efficiency problems or increasing the due checks and approval procedures.Assist in organisation, preparation and set up at international Trade Shows representing the Brand, then subsequently met with clients on the stand.Attend Far East Sourcing fairs and conduct site visits with our suppliers.Recruitment, coaching, training new hires.

The company has two main brands, Meadow Kids(children's toys) and Big Thought (adult stationery). I am responsible for the following:Raise purchase orders.Source and Manage overseas suppliers.Audit current and potential factories.Liaise with our factories to ensure that production is on time and of the correct standard.Maintain healthy relationships with our vendors.Manage approval of samples for mass production.Provide order updates for sales teams orders. Oversee Stock Management.Implementation of warehouse solutionsArrange all quality inspections.Managing logistics personnel.Update company procedure manuals in my areas of responsibility. Attend weekly cashflow meetings and approve invoices.
