As an intern in the LAFC Business and Data Strategy department, I worked cross-functionally provide data-driven strategic recommendations. I built 15 customized Tableau dashboards highlighting performance and ROI of sponsorship assets, in addition to another 14 Food & Beverage Sales dashboards that I consistently managed and updated. On the Merchandise side, I tracked and provided detailed analyses for all Merchandise sales in 2022, identifying and presenting compelling trends and growth opportunities. The partnership prospecting process I spearheaded alongside the Chief Revenue Officer was successful in gaining traction with dozens of potential sponsors and was adopted by the entire corporate partnership sales team. During the process, I identified 400+ potential partners and tailored outreach for 85+, many of which resulted in negotiations and contributed to new sponsorship revenue.

As an associate for Spencer Stuart, I led 16 assignments in 2021 and led/co-led 28 assignments in 2020, resulting in total search fees of over $12M. As part of my role, I developed 30+ position descriptions, interviewed 600+ prospects, prepared written appraisals of qualified candidates, conducted third party and formal reference checks, and regularly updated clients on search progress.My experience building strategic relationships with clients ranged from privately held real estate companies to Fortune 500 public companies, including multiple assignments for six repeat clients. As a core member of the Real Estate Group, I actively participated in 35+ potential new business (PNB) pitches with an 80% success rate, and I organized and led bi-monthly calls with the entire North American Real Estate team to review past performance, current assignments, and discuss the near-term state of the market.On my own time, I went out of my way to assist with the Sport Business practice, and I was able to work on a high impact assignment where I researched and evaluated 300+ CEO candidates for the a major US sports Federation, resulting in a successful placement.

As an Analyst, I proactively expanded responsibilities by becoming the first Knowledge Manager for the Real Estate Practice, creating dynamic dashboards for real estate insights and assignments and a matrixed database with over 400 real estate firms. One of my core responsibilities was creating innovative and customized PNB presentations for over 150 potential engagements with a 60% success rate as a core member of the Financial Services team. Additionally, I served on the leadership team to recruit 12 interns and supervised training for 10 new analysts during FY18-FY20.

As an Associate Consultant, I performed comprehensive payment review, identified existing revenue cycle issues, and provided specific recommendations to six of the largest hospital systems in California and Texas. I was responsible for creating and implementing advanced queries in Microsoft Access to effectively price large data sets and analyze underpayment trends, resulting in cash recoveries of over $7.5M for our clients. I also compiled weekly and monthly dashboards and data-driven insights, forecasting hospital revenue and preventing future cash losses, to present to upper management and executive-level clients.
