Project: The influence of the tumor organoid micro-environment on T cell metabolism and autophagy.

My thesis research focused on developing a correlative light- and electron microscopy workflow for lung organoids. During my internship, I acquired knowledge in a variety of light/ electron microscopy techniques as well as their required sample preparations. I worked extensively with two-photon fluorescent microscopy and with 3D image processing.

My work as student assistant of information management can be divided into two periods.Firstly, I worked as content expert and editor of the university website.Later on, my main responsibility was to assist in resolving problems in automated system of student admissions.
