I have worked in various Business Analyst capacities for over 10 years. I am a Senior Business Analyst, and the manager of the Business Process Improvement team, managing a team of Business Analysts across the country. I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Business Analyst and have also completed AGILE BA and Project Management courses.I manage our Innovation process at at RSM, we try to put Innovation at the front of our Culture, and we encourage innovative ideas from everyone in the business. I turn ideas that have passed through our innovation process and turn them into reality. This involves a combination of all the BA, Project Management and other skills and knowledge I have and working with all levels of the business to keep RSM innovating.
