Mr. Williams is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia, with over 14 years experience as a Senior Project Administrator and Project Manager in the fields of Transportation Planning and Highway Engineering.

He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, in Ruston, Louisiana, with a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, with Major emphasis in Transportation & Highway Design, Planning and Project Management. His experience includes:

• Project Administration, Project Management, and the associated details of highway design and plan production to GDOT, AASHTO, FHWA and county standards.

• Transportation concept planning, highway geometrical design, drainage, construction staging, right of way.

• Erosion Control oversight including design and construction inspections. Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission (GASWCC) Level II Erosion Cert No. 029522; Worksite Erosion Control Supervisor (WECS) Certificate No. *****4474.

• Construction Manager and Inspector, and is a member of the American Construction Inspectors Association (ACIA).

• Utilities Coordinator including responsibilities for communications and the coordination of utilities and the adjustment of utilities, identifying and resolving utility conflicts for various utilities crossing a project corridor.

• International – Under Mr. Williams’ leadership, IDS Global is aggressively pursuing engineering and construction opportunities.
