I am a partner at Quinn Emanuel, where I am co-Managing Partner of the Miami Office and also co-chair of the firm's government enforcement and investigations practice. In 2021, I moved full time to Miami from the firm's NY office. Before moving to NY in 2019, I helped the firm open a Shanghai office and to expand its investigations and litigation platforms in China and Asia more generally; I was the first managing partner of the 10 lawyer Shanghai office. We advise clients on sensitive matters involving corruption, securities and accounting fraud, government enforcement, private plaintiff litigation, antitrust and anti-competition, trade secrets/ economic espionage, and other sensitive and complex matters involving investigations, regulatory enforcement, business ethics/ compliance, and litigation more broadly. I speak Chinese and previously served as a U.S. federal prosecutor; this combination of experiences has helped me to provide relevant advice to clients dealing with difficult issues in China and Asia more broadly.

I was the leader of K&E's Asian government investigations and litigation practice and managing partner of the firm's 20 lawyer Shanghai Office, where we advised clients on matters involving corruption, securities enforcement, and other complex issues involving government regulation and enforcement.

I was a partner in the firm's Washington D.C. office, where I advised clients on government enforcement and regulatory matters.
