I am on a fast track graduate scheme to become a business manager for one of the McDonald's restaurants in the southwest. My roles include liaising with shift managers and actively creating solutions for service barriers and other areas of the business in order to achieve our store targets. I also have system goals of my own in training, recruitment and customer contacts. Other roles include customer care and dealing with complaints and issues, as well as financial controls in sales, labour figures and food cost on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

At SCATS Countrystores, my main role was customer service on the tills, but I also held other roles in employee training, stock checking, and counting up tills.
