Promoted to Senior Manager from Head of Benelux after 3 months, responsible for the whole of the 5V Tech businesses across UK, DACH and Benelux, working alongside the Managing Director Rick Towers. I am responsible for the 5V Tech – UK, DACH and Benelux units, which includes the full life cycle of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to new client engagement, my role is to ensure that all teams have what they need to succeed. I have a proven track record of being a big personal biller having won Top Biller, and Top Team several times, I have been trusted to pass on the knowledge which I have to the teams I am responsible for.My Role reports directly to the MD and I am expected to ensure that teams achieve and overachieve on their own individual P&Ls. I am tasked with assisting with the Growth Strategy for the business, reporting & somewhat direction of which we are taking in our approach to finding new clients, developing our current relationships & growing the teams I manage. I have direct reports in that run each team, but I oversee the operation of each unit. I work closely with the Team Leads, and consultants alongside our L&D Director to put in place a rigid training plan based on individual needs.We typically help our clients within the Software Development Lifecycle - within Embedded, Cloud & Web related technologies with a focus on the IoT & Deep tech space.

The current Team that I run, includes a New Business Manager, Client Services Manager, and 3 Candidate Managers. The geography that my team is responsible for is The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & France. We typically help our clients within the Software Development Lifecycle - within Embedded, Cloud & Web related technologies with a focus on the IoT & Deep tech space.Also responsible for still maintaining a target for personal billings and NFI creation.
