Responsibilities• In charge of daily operations onsite for ProjectPlus working at Australian Unity over 55’s living village.• Coordinating multiple trades, Liaising with Australian Unity site management team to coordinate daily workservices and weekly schedule programs affecting residents.• Scheduling and planning trades for Timber Rot program that incorporates 20 clusters of Units, servicedapartments, Villas, and Bungalows with over 600 residents.• Scheduling and planning Partial and full refurbishments of Units, serviced apartments, villas, and bungalowsas per plans, and regulations for Australian Unity aged care.• Scheduling and planning balcony reconstructions works due to failed waterproofing, restricted access, cranelifts involved, traffic management plan, SWMS, tool box talks.Site safety inspections• Program scheduling, forecasting, ensuring projects are on-time and to schedule, reporting any delays andkeeping open lines of communication.• Training and mentoring junior site supervisor/ cadet.• Ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed by contractors.• Reviewing contractor quotes, negotiating pricing, and reviewing refurbishment schedules.• Ensuring general maintenance is being done by contractors.• Dissolving conflicts and problems with resolutions as quickly as possible to ensure build times and trades werenot delayed.• Understanding the nature of Over 55’s living estates, rules, and regulations along with the delicate nature ofworking amongst the elderly and setting strict protocols with contractors around language, noise, and sitecleanliness.• Weekly reporting on site progress and updates to management.• Being able to think on the go and problem solve in a fast paced working environment, with a lot of movingelements and projects going on at once.

Responsibilities➢ I was sub-contracted as a site supervisor to high-end $3-$4m residential build in Church Point to run daily operations, being accountable for the overall performance of construction and quality of house being built.➢ Providing support to the Builder by ensuring highest possible quality was being achieved by trades.➢ Site- set out and ensuring thorough understanding of site- plans and structural engineering plans.➢ Ensuring safe work practices are being adhered too – high priority due to deep excavation job site (needing appropriate signage, exclusion zones in place while excavation was in place, traffic management plan for bulk deliveries due to limited parking space, and organizing lifting of heavy loads down to working area via excavator, slings and chains).➢ Supervising a deep excavation site with shoring, piers, shotcrete retaining walls, capping beams and steep sloped site, high level of communication, safety and knowledge was imperative.➢ Dissolving conflicts and problems with resolutions as quickly as possible to ensure build times and trades were not delayed. – highlighted several issues when setting out of site with boundary lines, design issues, unstable land that was high risk to landslides. Constantly liaising with civil engineer and geo-tech engineer.➢ Build and maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers and sub-contractors.➢ Conduct morning toolbox talks, and SWMS to all new sub-contractors to site.➢ Constant site reviews and progression reports.

ResponsibilitiesMy role at FinAbode was to manage their larger high end and more difficult construction projects over in the Eastern Suburbs that were restricted and tight access sites. This required putting together a lot of pre site policies and procedures, Safety protocols, traffic control, scheduling & forecasting for the company and clients, milestone break downs, and ensuring the daily operations from site setup, demolition, through to final finishes. Working very closely with the clients, and our in-house design team to ensure the high-quality finishes were achieved and providing solutions for any changes that occur.
