A University of Lincoln, Games Computing graduate, with excellent results in both practical and theoretical sections of the course, including large team projects. I have demonstrable leadership skills and presentation skills and I am a dynamic team player who thrives when sharing knowledge and ideas with others.I am proficient with C# but also have extensive experience with Python, Visual Basic and C++ including with the use of PhysX, OpenGL and SDL.Throughout both personal and academic projects I have used tools such as Unity, GameMaker Studio and Unreal Engine 4 to create games and demonstrate concepts.My thesis involved designing and creating a MetroidVania, using Unity, that was used to study player's preferences to video game difficulty.I also have studied in other areas of the field, including AI, Machine Learning, Scalable Database Systems, AR, Procedural Content Generation and Parallel Programming.Additionally, I have vast knowledge of consoles and gaming hardware. I am passionate about gaming and have extensive knowledge of both classic and new games and ensure that I keep myself updated on new developments within the industry.
