Optimized an in-house SLA printer for efficient coupon production. Third author on paper ("Thermoformable Boron Nitride Based All-Ceramics").Led effort to determine the influence of alignment resolution on the mechanical response of 3D printed composites whose ceramic phase had been magnetically oriented on the voxel-level. Innovated, automated, and implemented method to systematically model increasingly informed composite structures in ANSYS. Validated numerical trends experimentally. Assisted with various other computational and experimental endeavors.

Developed and implemented company's first hermetic vacuum package for photonic crystal in portable thermophotovoltaic generator. Conducted thermal analysis of high vacuum and cooling systems to improve their performance. Innovated and implemented techniques for producing reliable metal-metal and metal-ceramic brazes, often designing jigs, redesigning braze joints, or changing component materials to increase efficiency and the success of a given braze. Responsible for scheduling and carrying out all company brazing operations.
