Currently employed as process operations supervisor for Utilities team at ExxonMobil’s Fawley Refinery. I manage a team of ~ 50 to optimise production of steam and power whilst also managing sitewide gas distribution (including flare systems) as well as cooling and process water supply systems. Active SHE and financial risk manager on Tier 1 COMAH site processing ~ 250kbd crude as well as key operations liaison with environment agency for managing site’s licence to operate. I regularly work closely with engineering, technology and many third parties to deliver flawless operations and utility supply to the Fawley site.
