I lead the UK Healthcare and Education Valuation Advisory Team. We provide real estate valuation and value related advisory services (including asset management, lease, investment and development advice) to a range of different healthcare and education focused investors, operators, developers and lenders. The team comprises nine specialist valuers in London and seven across the rest of the UK who advise on c £15bn of assets annually. The types of properties we advise on include : acute private hospitals; psychiatric hospitals; care homes for the elderly; specialist care homes; retirement living; specialist supported housing; primary care; children’s day nurseries; special schools and private schools.
