For two seasons I was Assistant Head Coach at Romsey Town Youth FC.My responsibilities in this role included - Working in partnership with the Head Coach to overview the development and philosophy of youth football within the club- Offering support and guidance to current managers and coaches in the club - Leading sessions in age groups varying from U6 - U16- Leading coaches workshops for current managers and coaches within the club- Attending match days of various teams to observe development.- Supporting high performing players with pathways into the Development Squad and First Team.

I am currently Manager of Romsey Town Youth U18 Yellow, we are currently in the Southampton City league division 1.I prepare, lead and reflect on sessions and manage matchdays with the team.

- Organising Events in partnership with the Coaching Innovation Programme including the 2016 Coaching Innovation Symposium, this included booking the venue, designing the brochure and programme of the event and sending out invites.- Management of Coaching Innovation Programme (CIP)Dropbox folders, sending out agendas for meetings, recording meeting minutes, tabulating new CIP projects and keeping this up to date.- Developing and Capturing Current and New partnerships to join the CIP, organising meetings with potential new partners to join the Coaching Innovation Program- Researching funding opportunities for our students to fund their CIPs, collating all this into a document which is available for students to read and find information.- Liaising with marketing and external relations within the university in regards into how the CIP can be better promoted nationally and how the CIPs can be rebranded through the university guidelines.
