I am a driven and hard-working person who looks and engages with creative solutions to unique problems. I am confident and comfortable to communicate across many communication platforms. I enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and lead in projects to achieve goals. Being a recent University of Birmingham graduate, I understand the different cycles of life and how people are on different parts of their journey. During my time at the Council I understood more about how policies and decisions are made. It has helped me to learn how different people work together for the goal of making their community a better place. In this role I have met many people from different professional backgrounds, including children services, healthcare, financial backgrounds and environmental backgrounds. The common theme I found in each of these regardless of topic and focus is care for their community. This is what I would bring to a job care and dedication for the best result for my community.In my free time I enjoy photography. Photography allows me to see the world through a different lens. It allows me to see a single moment and then understand the world around that moment.
