Optimized and improved resiliency of peering and caching network to provide best in class Internet services - Designed for routing regionalization of caching network, to improve the routing precision for serving caching traffic to Internet customers. Latency improvement of up to 10ms in past completions. - Improved resiliency by de-risking the single failure points of peering and caching networks, delivered plans to add back-up caching clusters, migrate physical circuits and BGP peering sessions to protect against outages. - Delivered automation tool POC, collaborated with vendor to run lab evaluations leading multiple engineering teams to provide requirement and sign-off. Presented findings and recommendations to executive management.

Designed and built peering and caching network to serve Internet traffic to wireline and wireless customers. - Designed and implemented new caching partners, worked with IP network planning to build caching network with new partners to offload up to 50% of internet traffic to reduce transport infrastructure network builds.- Created wireless Internet latency dashboard, applied to monitor and improve routing optimization. This had contributed in improvement in performance benchmarking. Collectively Rogers had been recognized as Best in Test Award in Canada by Umlaut. - Delivered capacity builds in peering IP network, included emergency capacity builds during COVID pandemic (starting March 2020) whilst most Canadian worked from home. There were no capacity constraints nor outages using Rogers Internet services.

Provide 3 year roadmaps and capacity plans in RCBIN IP core networks- Produced 3 years plan on network plan and budget plan included networking device (router, processing engine, line cards). Presented budget plans to executive leaders. - Provided per annum capacity upgrade forecasts, combined with analysis on historical growths and future new service introductions (Ignite, NHL) and special events (Apple IOS downloads, FIFA world cup IP broadcast streaming). - Designed failure metric and outage planning, created failure analysis model based on service flows and design intent. In addition, guidelines provided to prepare for disaster recovery.
