My responsibilities have included: 1. The creation of master and/or integrated construction program from sub programs and other information; monitoring progress and reporting to funders, other consultants and client teams.2. The development of recovery and short term program with the objective of mitigating the effect of delays to bring the projects back on program in line with the construction program.3. Delay analysis (prospective and retrospective) including the creation of / checking of as-built program; comparison with baseline program; identification of actual periods of delay; identification of concurrent delays and identification of culpability.4. Provision of information relating to adjustments of client completion dates.
