I am a junior Information Technology major at George Mason University. I was recruited to A&R Foods to manage the IT support of the organizations POS System. In my role, I act as a liaison for end users providing technical assistance, continuous training, and I serve as the main point of contact. My additional responsibilities include, providing remote support, identifying and resolving technical and operation function issues, coordinating and managing vendors, managing the backup database, ensuring security with confidential payment/financial information and installing new hardware and software on a consistent basis.
