Company Introduction: It is a start-up company engaged in clothing and textile exportation, aiming at wholesale and retail for Mid-East customers.Main Responsibilities: Take charge of developing oversea customer through exhibition and website etc.;  Responsible for order transaction of customers on hand, Negotiation on details with customers regarding styles/fabrics, color, size specification, quantity, price, package, transportation and payment terms ect..;  Be in charge of new samples development and preparation, work closely with production department to track the progress;  Guide and supervise merchandisers to track mass production according to customer requirement, coordinate and deal with any issue between customer and factory;  Manage team members to make documentation as per customer requirement, make final verification.  Supervise assistant to trace and update freight charge with the forwarder for shipment booking; Follow up with customer for payment collection;  Daily management work including handle email, quotation, sample management and shipment etc.Achievements: During my employment period, I lead the team successfully achieved sales of 3.6 million US dollar in the first year, expanded customer relationship in the Mid-East such as retail buyers LuLu/R&B and wholesale buyers AABB/ALM/MINERVA TRADE etc. Type of product was developed from unique girl’s frock to varieties includes baby girl’s frock, girl’s T-shirt, girl’s leggings, boy’s T-shirt, boy’s sport suits, boy’s casual suits (knit, woven etc.), women fashion items, in which the girl’s legging has became regular orders with annual sales volume of several hundred thousand pieces.
