All local updated products have passed approval test of Esab Europe and got CCC certificate in China. - Managing local cost-down project.- Leading Setting up of Welding machine production lines in new factory.-Directing local development of welding equipment products, Monitoring quality state of existing products and leading continuous quality improvement actions.

Responsible for local development of controller for all kind of water heater products and supporting developing team in USA and Canada.Established and trained local electronic development team, Leading developement of software & hardware platform and R&D management procedure. Responsible for test and approval for controller products manufactured by supplier. Accountable for quality management of controller products and continuous improvement. Responsible for department workload control and resource management, projects management.
